Collato's Culture Club, led by Franzi, is a weekly meeting where we gather to discuss company culture and how we can all shape it. We've been meeting for quite some time now and have covered various topics. We started by discussing what human centricity means to us, and it was interesting to see everyone's perspective on this important topic. We then moved on to sharing tips on how to give feedback and feedforward, which helped us all become better communicators. We also talked about productivity and how we can all work to improve it.
One of the highlights of our discussions was designing our own "performance review" process, which we call the Contributions Review and Development Talk Process. This was a fun exercise where we all put our heads together to come up with a process that works for everyone. It was great to see everyone's creativity, and the result was a process that focuses on a bota holistic view of the contributions people make to our organization and a great understanding of what we expect from a good conversation about our development opportunities within Collato.
Looking towards the future, we are excited to design our own Collato OS and continue our discussion on how to use AI in an ethical and human-centric way. Technology can help us make our work more efficient and effective, but we also want to make sure that it is used in a way that is fair and inclusive.
Culture Club has been an amazing way to bring our team together and create a positive and inclusive work environment. We love the fact that we can all share our ideas, opinions, and perspectives in a safe and supportive space. We can't wait to see what other amazing ideas we come up with in the future.
