We take work-life balance very seriously, so we have implemented our NO-FOMO weeks. These weeks are the best!

NO-FOMO stands for "No Fear Of Missing Out." During these weeks, we have no general meetings, weekly check-ins, planning meetings, or team events. We use them in two different ways, depending on what makes sense for each of us.

We either use these weeks to have more time to focus on the things we love to do or work on projects that we are passionate about. It's like a mini-vacation where we can finally catch up on everything we've wanted to do.

On the other hand, No-FOMO weeks have been helpful for people to feel extra relaxed during their vacation. We understand that it can be tough to take a break, especially when you're passionate about your work. We encourage everyone to take some time off and recharge their batteries. The company's wheels are turning slower during these weeks, so there's no need to worry about missing out on anything important.

We all agree on these times collectively, and usually, it's two weeks during the summer and two weeks at the end of the year or the beginning of the new year. These weeks are strategically planned so that everyone can take advantage of them.
