Here at our company, we've got a remote work policy that follows all the regulations set forth by our friends in Germany. That means if you want to work from a beach in Bali or a chalet in Switzerland, you're totally welcome to do so. Just ensure you check in with us before jet-setting off to paradise.
And don't worry; we've got your back regarding all those pesky legal details. We'll ensure your taxes are sorted out and that you're working within the guidelines set by the German government.
We know that hybrid work can make you feel a little disconnected, but fear not! We've got a digital tool stack that's got our back. From our trusty messaging app to our virtual whiteboard, we stay connected and collaborate like champs. and of course we’ve got our own work bff Collato to make sure we find the information we need to do our best work.
And let's remember our digital fun and games - we might not be able to high-five in person all the time, but we can still bond over a virtual game of Pictionary!
